Things to know about our tours.
Our tours are available in 2 types of packages, as a long weekend package (Thursday afternoon to Sunday mid-day) or as a week package (Thursday afternoon to Wednesday mid-day) and are only available for persons over the age of 21.
Not all farm visits and activities are available in both packages (weekend or week). So please check specific package itineraries which will be available for prospective clients.
TYPICAL DAY SCHEDULE
A typical day schedule will be as follows:
- 7.00 to 7.30 Breakfast.
- 8.30 to 11.00 Hands on farm experience.
- 11.30 to 13.00 Cooking class.
- 13.00 to 13.30 Lunch
- 14.00 to 17.30 Leisure adventure activity.
- 19.00 to finish Evening dinner activity*
Cooking classes are conducted by a qualified and experienced chef using special outdoor cooking equipment and held on the farms we’re visiting. The classes are hands on, so participants will be required to actively take part in the preparation, cooking and plating of recipes. As part of the tour cost, participants will receive, upon arriving, a free flame fanatic cooking class set including a duo of basic knives, collectors apron and cap.
